How the Survival Stage works
- 16 teams play 5 matches: the bottom 8 from the Winners Stage plus the bottom 8 from PGS 10.
- The top 8 go to the PGS 11 Final Stage on 24–25 October. The other 8 are eliminated.
- The map order was Erangel → Miramar → Taego → Rondo → Erangel.

- 1st – Four Angry Men (4AM): 51 pts
- 2nd – 09 (the former Team Nemesis roster): 45 pts
- 3rd – Geekay Esports (GK): 38 pts
- 4th/5th – Team Liquid and JD Gaming: 35 pts each
- 6th – T1: 32 pts
Key moments
- Match 4 (Rondo): 4AM won with a 15-kill chicken worth 25 points, which all but locked their place in the final.
- Match 5 (Erangel): Petrichor Road had been near the bottom of the table and grabbed a qualifying spot with a 5-kill chicken.
- T1 started fast with 9 kills in Match 1 and stayed in the top 8 until the end.
- Geekay had only 14 points after three matches. They scored 24 points in the last two matches and climbed to 3rd.
What's next
Korea will have four teams in the PGS 11 Final Stage. GK and T1 join Gen.G and DN SOOPers, who qualified directly from the Winners Stage on 22 October. Virtus.pro topped that stage with 52 points, ahead of Natus Vincere (45) and Team Vitality (42). The PGS 11 final is on 24–25 October, and PGS 12 (29 October–1 November) closes the race for PGC 2026.
