Press F1 to open the console, then try these:
graphics.fov 90: sets your field of viewfps.limit 144: caps your FPS (match your monitor); fps.limit -1 removes the capbind f3 "graphics.fov 90": binds a command to a keywritecfg: saves your binds (stored in cfg/keys.cfg)- To remove a bind:
bind f3 "", then writecfg
